All rifles are semi-automatic weapons the same as handguns. They simple fire a .223 casing if it's an ArmaLite Rifle (AR-15).

The designation "assault" rifle was create to fear monger black painted guns. They are no different than the brown rifles.

I didn't mean the AR-15, That's a semi-automatic rifle. I'm talking stuff like an AK-47 and guns along those lines. Those are different than what you get out of a gun like an AR-15.

The problem is you used a term the media repeatedly uses for AR-15s and other black semi-automatic weapons.

Fully autos have been heavily regulated since 1986. It's extremely difficult to get permission and you have to let the feds up your ass.

I can see why you thought I meant that then. I mean, even stuff like that I still don't see the point in, as you can protect yourself with lesser guns. But as I said, I don't want one, but anyone who wants one can whatever.

Good at least that the fully aromatic ones are hard to get. Wish the Semi-Auto was also, as if the person can pass a test to get one, and show they are sane sure. That is how I feel about all guns. We don't need an outright ban like some people think, that's just silly. I just wish that gun laws were tighter on who can and can't get one, and the screenings on getting one. Plus punish people who don't secure their guns properly. As in people who leave it out in a place someone else can just easily get it and use it for a shooting or crime.

The fundamental bill of rights still remain intact.

All the amendments are additional rights we've been given with exception to the ban of alcohol that was repealed.
