Both had great heel characters, although DiBiase's was probably better for a world championship. That being said, Perfect was just special. He wins this one.

Both were great characters and got great heat and played their role superbly but I have to go with the million dollar man.

Perfect was the total package. Kind of disappointed he never won a World Title, especially in his WCW run. Love DiBiase's character, but Perfect takes this one.

Huge Hennig fan but DiBiase was at hot as a heel could ever be in 1988, should have got a run and gets my vote.

Henning for me and maybe his mic skills get overshadowed here because his character was more in-ring based than gimmick based.

they both are awesome but i voted hennig because i feel he was a better in ring worker and woulda shawn michaelsd the title.
