Saw Schindlers List when I was in school not expecting much as I didn't know much about the Holocaust before then but it's one of the few movies where I forgot it was a movie and felt sorry for those people and was really into the movie. So I have to vote for it and it is a must see if you don't know about the Holocaust.

Still have not seen List, so it has to be Slumdog which is not my favourite Boyle film. Hope Trainspotting appears somewhere in this list.

That's a tough one, both films are excellent.

If I had to pick one though, I'd go with Schindler's List.

Can't remember Schindler but Slumdog was outstanding (<3 Danny Boyle) so picking that one.

I dont' get the hate I've seen some people give Slumdog Millionaire, that movie was so damn awesome. That being said, Schindler's List wins this one.

Not sure that it is hate, just that people find it overrated. And when you look at the way it sweeped the board at the major awards and the box office and reviews then I do think it was a overrated. I enjoyed it, but Boyle has made far better films.

Slumdog didn't deserve the acclaim it got, and definitely didn't deserve it's Oscar.

If some of you just haven't seen Slumdog Millionaire, you really should. While Schindler's List is a classic in every sense of the word, Slumdog was probably the best movie of the 00's. It definitely tells a story better than Schindler's List.

Though I won't disagree with Schindler's List winning here. Both movies are Top 10 for me. This was pretty hard for me to pick. But I went with Slumdog simply because I enjoyed it more.

No there were far greater films in the 00s, Mulholland Drive, Pans Labyrinth, No Country For Old Men, The Piano Teacher. Boyle even did a better one with 28 Days Later.

28 Days Later, really? Ew.

Trainspotting and Slumdog were unquestionably Boyle's best films and it's not even close. I really can't even believe you brought 28 Days into this discussion.

And maybe it was because I set my bar of expectations really high for No Country for Old Men because of all the great things I heard about it, but that movie really disappointed me. It kept my interest throughout and I wouldn't call it boring, but I haven't had the slightest urge to watch it again.

Schindlers List for me, I just couldn't get into Slumdog. Might have to give Slumdog another shot though.
