The Muhammed Hassan thing with UPN was totally understandable, it was more WWE's fault for completely fucking everything up, with a bit of bad luck thrown in too.

Why the hell Hassan was running around with terrorists after spending months talking about how he felt victimised and been treated like one was ridiculous. But the angle wouldn't have been as bad had it not aired the same day as the London bombings.

UPN had every right to get involved. Airing an angle like that on that particular day would have been a PR disaster.

I remember watching the Hassan promo where he calls out some article saying he was with masked Arabs. He said 'if they're masked, how do you know that they're Arabs?'. He was awesome, that line alone made me love him.

Great point, had everything played out less offensive he could have been something.

I got a Chris Jericho vibe off of him. He was great at making the generally racist audience feel ignorant. Mostly because they were.

Exactly, that was the genius of his character. Then WWE decided "fuck it, let's just make him a terrorist."

His work on the mic was what made him special.

I'd love to see him and Daivari together in WRP.

I agree, but his character was so refreshing in the fact it wasn't the usual stereotypical middle eastern guy.

I agree with Cyrus in regards to the Sweeney thing. He had all the tools to be a top manager in any company and he could go in the ring as well. A real loss....

Sweeney could have easily became a new age Bobby "The Brain"....Sweet N Sour was awesome, I was sad to hear he had killed himself.

Benoit. He was just about to start a feud with CM Punk before he gone. It would have ruled. R.I.P.
