Thing is Taratino is overrated too, and it is worth pointing out that he was responisble for very little of the script for Pulp Fiction, even through he takes much credit for it. My point is that it would not have been half the film without such a great script. Still it is a great film non the less.

It wouldn't have been half the movie withoutva great director either. There's nothing overrated about Tarantino the slightest, in fact he's underrated as a director due to the controversial nature of his movies. Almost every single actor in his movies puts on a great performance which is the mark of a truly great director. Whether or not he wrote the movie is completely irrelevant considering it's not a director's job to write it.
