there r lots of things forums r used for that arent in disc. disc is only gna be there for the chat. the game thread for instance happens in the forum lol

its gna be like a QT basically

i dont think discord will affect the people in the forum at all actually. ive been using discord since 2015 i am very active there daily and i still check multiple forums regularly

if we can find another service like QT it can work too. or maybe introduce search functions in PMs. idk if xenforo has that. and maybe allow to categorize the PM into channels and voice chat? thats all wishful thinking and too much for a text based forum. if we can find something like QT it wud be nice, tho i was not a strong fan of QT eitherway

We are going to use “back” loosely. I can certainly throw myself in as a number if needed. I also hopefully won’t be three days late to the start next time i play, there was no hope of me catching up on anything.

I can promise you as a forum owner that forums are dying and Discords are taking their place. I agree that we have features Discord doesn’t have so it pains me that this is the case. oh that sux for the other site. i have seen players move on to discord from forums b4 including WG and NF where i primarily play, but none of them died out like the clique site. i just checked that one and its sad rip

i guess thats fine if we can find another work around

so host gets the permission to create that section and add the mafia memebrs there hm. sounds good if we can polish it to be easy to use

hope it can be distinct look wise so it doesnt get confused with game thread. it will be like a thread for QT lol

I've never interacted with Switchblade before this game, but by all accounts, I think he seems like a good dude. I'd certainly be willing to trust him not to give himself an unfair advantage.

I've known him for like 10 years and honestly he is very trustworthy and wouldn't do anything like that.

We’ll use a barebones skin to differentiate it. And only the mafia players and host can see it.

Honestly, I was so upset at myself for fucking up that I did say I wasn't going to play again. But several people reached out, including SB, and encouraged me to give it another go. Grim, Ekko, RDK, and most of my scum-buddies told me that I shouldn't let one screw up deter me from ever playing again.

Yeah the work around works fine, since you could make different topics for like actions and whatnot
