They aren't going out of business sadly. Got that anime cardgame money since Bushiroad is funding them under the table.

I dunno, after NJPW getting gutted, might be logical for BUSHIROAD to do the same to NOAH to compensate for loss of star power. They could probably use a Suzuki or a Suigara right now.

All things considered though, I really liked their Destiny show.

Nah. Suzuki would be a short term solution, and Sugiura wouldn't do much of anything in New Japan.

In NOAH, SZKG are a big thing, in NJPW they would be third after the BC and Los Ingobernables de Japon.

And they didn't get gutted. AJ & Nakamura probably stung losing, but they are replaceable.

Eh, maybe you're right, but I still think it's fairly possible they might get Suzuki coming in as an outsider opponent for Okada eventually (that's if they don't have Naito winning the NJC and beating Okada). Suzuki in NJPW doing one-off matches with Suigura leading charge in NOAH could be the best fit.

Taichi and Desperado will return to NJPW one day, since they are under NJPW contract. The rest of SZKG aren't.

He's been out of wrestling school for like 2 months.

Cut the kid some slack.

Plus his eyebrows > the entire eyebrow collection of this forum.

Well, that explains it.

The landing was a bit more uglier than the execution of the move, though, he could've fucked himself up. Hope the kid is okay.

I wouldn't call it good outside of young boy standard.

Caught the main event from Zero-1's start of the year show (January 1) two days ago and I'm working through the rest of it this weekend. Hideki Suzuki vs Masato Tanaka was a lot of fun in my opinion. Two dudes trying to beat the other into submission but using different styles to do so. Suzuki is an excellent grappler who makes guys like Gulak and Thatcher look green in the game when he is truly on point. And Tanaka is Masato Tanaka.

Dragon Gate news, and not the good kind:
Jimmy Kness J.K.S. suffered a cervical vertebrae sprain on the 01/19 show and has been pulled from all shows going forward.

Get well soon

First Navigation has been a pretty rocky NOAH tour. Lack luster cards with fluctuating attendance.

Their 3 TV specials, have not surpassed 1000 in attendance.

NOAH going out of buildness.

Really beginning to lose hope in NOAH, already. The same tired "GHC Champion vs. Sugiura" formula is so boring. The even more boring Jr Division is main eventing Second Navigation, where the only match worth watching is the 10-man elimination match.

Watched Jun Akiyama vs. Suwama and vs. Jake Lee from AJPW New Year Wars day 1 and 2. Fun matches. Also recommend checking out Kodaka vs. Takeshita from the first show of DDT This year. I was hyped for NOAH after Destiny, but it seems like it's just me :idk:
