You are basically permanently hindered with three lost inventory spaces out of a possible 10 because you need to pick up her replacement item, which is one slot lost, and because she's dead, you can't use her inventory slots, that's two. Two inventory slots are pretty bad, but losing your fucking medic is backbreaking.
