In general their contracts aren't that great. Most TEWs I see people sign like 30 guys from the indies when most would be tied up by contracts. Even ROH and Impact have legit contracts, but TEW acts like they don't.

Hopefully there's something more nuanced in TEW 2020 so that smaller companies can still offer exclusive deals

Just make it where guys are less likely to sign an exclusive deal the smaller your company is. Which I feel is realistic anyways.

Something like that would be ideal because I want to stay realistic but if TEW lets me sign everyone TNA and ROH have, I'm like a kid in a candy store.

With my Impact game though I'm not signing anyone from ROH, NWA or MLW because I don't think it's realistic

I COULD sign people from those companies but I'm not allowing myself to.

Which also makes it harder because you should be able to when their actual deals run out.

At some point I might sign one or two, but I'd do so as an "act of war" so to speak
