Too bad it takes place in San Andreas bc in Texas (or whatever the GTA equivalent would be called) you can shoot someone if they're trespassing on your property, that's all the justification you need for taking a life

I'll shoot them, and then call the cops myself and tell them what happened, that they was trying to steal a car so I shot them. So they need to come out there and to send an ambulance also.

I always er on the side of caution. I'd rather a few murders slip thru the cracks of a lawful trespassing claim than anyone be killed because they couldn't defend against an unlawful trespasser. Same as I believe in innocent until proven guilty. Rather a few guilties go free than any innocent get locked up. Which still happens, unfortunately.
