Bischoff was a bad booker who had too much money and too many stars. Paul Heyman was a great booker with not enough money and not enough stars.

Actually now that I'm thinking about it, if Bischoff owned ECW, it probably wouldn't have had money problems, he likely would have gotten some sort of investors involved and a better TV deal.

People forget, Bischoff came from the Verne Gagne camp of booking.

Would certainly be an interesting thought exercise if Heyman ran WCW and Bischoff ECW.

But I fear that Heyman would have probably run WCW worse than Bischoff did by the end. Bischoff was a much better businessman than Heyman was, but Heyman was miles ahead as a booker.

I don't think we would've gotten Hogan in WCW... maybe I remember it wrong, but Bischoff was a huge part of that signing, right?

Bischoff had to convince Turner to buy Hogan's contract, not WCW itself.

The two fused together with their good traits in tact probably would be something else
