its probably exagerated though and likely probably just bad string of luck , or maybe they are pushing them too hard too fast. hard to say ig
probs a combination of both, I always hate injury discourse bc I feel like people just say generic talking points and never take into account how every situation is usually crazy different. They just see patterns and make conclusions. In this case yeah, could be over training but could also just be freak coincidences. I think the PC training could be tweaked regardless but it may not even be anything besides coincidence

agreed, Id say the weight stuff is only relevant for ppl who end up hurting themselves in training. match injuries can often just be freak accidents so its always hard to say

Even if I am not a fan of her (in ring + some of her out of ring comments) I can't knock her for trying to focus on being healthy and happy. She wasn't even "ugly" with her being plus sized. Like you can tell she looks pretty, but if she wants to cut some weight and that makes her happy, good on her.

It's usually always "dangerous spots" when injuries happen for the most routine moves or something. But then you look at like Dante and I agree that spot was probably too much but that's probably one of the few I've felt that way about honestly

On Nia, I was pretty high on her myself for a time but once she tore both her fucking knees, she came back and was completely different IMO

too many variables with that spot to me between the two ladders involved and the height, I'd never do a flip anything in that scenario when there's much safer ways to go through the tables for a similar pop

HHH was the first legit injury I'd seen when watching - the 2001 injury
