I will wait and see (because metlzer been in big pot stir mode for every company lately) but some reports some people are unhappy because they changed stuff at the PC since the last trainer left for conditioning and are making ppl lift heavy weights all the time instead of more explosiveness and wrestling based training

but speaking of some stories - Nia Jax has been absolutely shredding weight. She looks a lot healthier and happier.
