I typically get down to Texas twice a year to visit friends. Went in July once. I recommend not doing that. Stay inside unless you need to go somewhere, then stay in the car until you get there.

Yeah August can be even hotter most years I think too but July is 1B in that regard lol

definitely. And we ended up going to a Yankees/Rangers game. Back in the old park (Globe Life, not whatever they used in the 90's.

I haven't been to the new one yet but I went to a few games at the old stadium around 10 or so years ago. Thank God I was sitting in the shade lol

Also saw a rangers/Yankees game for one of them, was the ALCS one of the years the Rangers went to the world series
