Yeah the fire department was already there bc it had happened in other buildings too so that was good. I'm not sure what they did, either shut off the water to the specific apartment or maybe just the sprinklers (what I think busted) but my water was never shut off

This all happened when I was getting ready to leave for a day to my parents too which made it more stressful lol

The dude's apartment beside me was fine too mostly btw, they'll probably just need to repair his roof, he was lucky it was coming through right at his doorway so we could just sweep it out pretty quickly

We didn't even get any snow or ice last week when the cold front came through, it just dropped to way lower than usual for here and insanely quick. No precipitation made it a lot easier tho

That's normally the only month we even experience "winter" here lol I think it's back up to 70 degrees later this week

yeah like it was insane honestly. I ain’t use to sitting a drink on the porch and it getting ice cold but I did this with a root beer
