The dolphin emulator for Wii and GameCube worked really well in college but we used my roommate's real nice computer so idk how taxing it was lol

If it's a game that let you used the GameCube controller fully like smash then you're good without, that's what we were doing at first until my roommate brought his broken wii from home lol you can sync the sensor bar and wii remotes through Bluetooth though

We mostly played Mario kart and Mario party tho, various versions fron 64, GameCube and wii
