True sabre! In fact I was researching the meds and it seems like they're actually actively healthy for your heart which is good. Gives me peace of mind because my apple watch keeps scaring me when im asleep telling me my heart rate is dropping below 40 lmao, but im just going through a bit of an "on edge" period, im sure it will pass

I have a hard time shutting the ol' brain off. Been trying to get better with it. My sleep seems to be worse earlier in the week, because I dread work a lot

My job is fine for the most part. I just still get anxious whenever I go out anywhere, and I expect the worst scenarios. I've made a lot of personal improvement with that past couple of years & growing confidence, sleeping is just a toss-up. Some nights I can sleep pretty solidly.

Ahhh sorry to hear that man. I know the state of mental health aid is properly abysmal in the uk, but do you partake in any kind of therapy to try and help?
