My dad has been taking high blood pressure medication since he was 22 and now he's 60 lol

Yeah Im 31 so Im kinda hoping I can get it under control to the point where I wont need them relatively quickly. Tell you what though, its spooky as fuck finding out you've got it and you read about it online lmao. Only went docs for a random check up as well. Pretty grim getting at 22 though, bet it scared the shit out of him lol
