you can’t spot reduce fat or whatever anyways. Like it just comes off what it comes off, doing sit-ups doesn’t make you lose bellyfat or anything like that. For sure. I was the same when I started my new job tbh, the first week was horrendous and now it is just part of my routine. I'm still anxious but over time you grow better at living with it and coping. Plus seeing the doctor and getting proper help was a big step as well.Poyser said:Yeah that’s what I mean.
