treadmill, row, squats, bench is more than enough for a beginner. Forget any targeted stuff, you need to build your overall fitness first

i cant even do a sit up or a push up lol, which is annoying cos my stomach is my problem area that i need to work on
you can’t spot reduce fat or whatever anyways. Like it just comes off what it comes off, doing sit-ups doesn’t make you lose bellyfat or anything like that. You just gotta keep burning calories and it’ll come off, you can’t choose where it comes off (obviously it more often than not comes most off where you have the most to lose)

Yeah that’s what I mean. Pretty much everybody goes through this at first (although I appreciate you probably feel it more deeply than most) but honestly once you just start doing it, it passes so fast because you quickly realise that legit 0 people in there give a fuck about what you’re doing
For sure. I was the same when I started my new job tbh, the first week was horrendous and now it is just part of my routine. I'm still anxious but over time you grow better at living with it and coping. Plus seeing the doctor and getting proper help was a big step as well.

That’s just false juice lol. I’m not saying cardio is most effective for losing weight, obviously diet is infinitely more effective than anything but anything that burns calories is good for losing fat and cardio burns the most calories. Lifting weights is more effective for losing actual fat rather than “weight” but if you’ve got a decent amount to lose then a cardio blitz for a few months isn’t a bad tactic at all because youll drop weight quicker (as long as your diet is good too)
