just work around this stuff, when your body is feeling shite just switch to low impact stuff whilst you recover. When I’m feeling shit but don’t wanna skip I just hit the elliptical. It’s still a good cardio workout but just does no damage to you at all (same would be true of the sit down bike)

i cant even do a sit up or a push up lol, which is annoying cos my stomach is my problem area that i need to work on

Yeah that’s what I mean. Pretty much everybody goes through this at first (although I appreciate you probably feel it more deeply than most) but honestly once you just start doing it, it passes so fast because you quickly realise that legit 0 people in there give a fuck about what you’re doing
