The gym in town is pretty solid, I just really dislike the people in town and the regulars that use it were some of my least favorites in high school and I know they'd try and be all buddy buddy to me now

The gym we had on campus in college was nice af too, only reason I started using my apartments over it was bc it was farther away lmao

I did jog there a few times and honestly that was a great workout warmup, but I fuckin' hate jogging so i said nah on that

I'm not good with cardio on general, probs spoiled bc of my high metabolism

But getting out of breath during pickup basketball and football games was a problem lol

I need to do more cardio but I just don’t lmao

I remember in junior high I ran the mile for track
