But I was working out everyday, taking protein and shit during that time. Also eating fairly healthy just with a lot of carbs

But I can't gain weight for the life of me so that's what I had to do lol

Literally I had one month in my life where I worked out every day. I’m not good at sticking to a regime lmfao

Me either, I think I lasted longer than a month but my problem was the first time I said "I don't feel like it today" well that was it for a few months

It was cause it was summer break and I didn’t have a job so I literally had nothing to do but work out

Once work started that was it for me

I had a real good schedule my sophomore year of college and managed working out every weekday (rarely weeknds) then, it was nice

fuckin lost all the work I put in lmao

Yeah I wasn't working at the time either

It’s so hard to go to the gym after work cause you’re so tired smh

But COVID ruined me.

Even before COVID I had no desire to going to our one gym in town lol I was doing home workouts for awhile

I really liked the gym at my apartment complex in college, it was tiny but it had everything I needed and I was usually the only person there when I went other than maybe a girl on the treadmill

I live in a regular town no offense lmfao so we had a solid gym near me that I’d go to quite often

And some of them treadmill girls
