I quit for covid and couldn't get it.

And we also didn't get chargeback either so the owner didn't care to contest anything obviously

that's the thing. I didn't get fired. I quit on my own.

My boss told me too, tricked me good.

From what I've heard you shouldn't have had a problem even with that but I don't think anyone that quit here the last year has tried to file unemployment

They said I could take as much time off as I felt I needed but it wasn't paid. I took off a month and came back

then they were like, "you know if you want to stay home you can" and i said i couldn't afford it.

"if you quit you can file unemployment"

Bc we reduced hours for a bit and my hourly employees applied for unemployment with that being the reason and they even got some lol
