it was the classic 2 cops and one was a dickhead scenario

everything i said he tried to turn against me.

Yeah that's how it was for my MIC lol the dude writing my ticket was apologizing and telling me it was no big deal bc he had got one of these just a couple years ago himself

one of the people had like 2 weeks until they turned 21 so I think he got his dropped in court.

They tried to get us with double tickets bc we were "in a school zone" bc the frat house we were at was right beside a private school but the judge just threw that out and we just had the one lol

When I got arrested for my OWI they asked me what I was going to school for and i told them, "to be a cop" which was true at the time but i said, "probably can't now tho" and the cop was like, "shit i've had an OWI before it's no big deal" and some dude behind a computer i couldn't even see popped up and was like, "IVE HAD TWO"

Cops just charge you with whatever they think of and see if it will stick in court.

they were super nice to me. they were supposed to impound my vehicle but i talked them into going and bringing it to me.

My brother is a lawyer. He took a ticket to court once and got out of it using caselaw that he researched. The Cop was pissed. They followed him all the way home trying to see if he would do something they could pull him over for again.

 

[Butters]

I asked them if i would get raped and they just laughed and said, "this aint prison boy"

 

[Butters]

then I slept in the cell for like 5 hours until they woke me up and let me go home.

Yeah I've heard that some cops will target out of state plates for parking tickets whether legit or not just bc you have to show up in court where you got a ticket so you're less likely to do that and just pay the fine if you don't live near the area
