I mean, I knew this. But every time I watch WCW PPVs it reinforces that truth.

WCW massacred WWF on the undercard. There was a good few years WWF was really only better than WCW in the main event and upper midcard and honestly if you liked the WCW top guys, anyway, WCW was you jam.

I'm watching Bash at the Beach 1998.

Bash was one of their secret big drawing shows.

Started off the show with Saturn vs. Raven and Juvi vs. Kidman. Both great matches to get things started.

That sounds like a dream way to start a PPV. Mideon probably on the WWF PPV that month.

Mideon, Chaz, Droz, maybe Marc Mero

I don't have a super tight grasp on when exactly those guys were in WWF but you know what I'm saying lol

Mero was a decent hand, but WWF wasn't really using him right. Those other guys because they had no one else. Their entire roster was struggling in 1998. Those that weren't, got elevated to the top so it kept making the undercard situation even worse.

Looks like Fully Loaded had Venis vs. Jarrett and X-Pac vs. D'Lo as the first two matches
