I can't believe Saturn set Raven on a table, Kanyon came out and pulled Raven off the table with Saturn staring right at him and Saturn still jumped off the top through the tables even after a couple of seconds of hesitation

It did. It wasn't as stiff. WWE's rings were 20x20 opposed to WCW's 18x18 to it needed to be put together tighter and WWE reinforced their rings on top of that to allow for all the heavier wrestlers Vince liked to hire back in the day.

Though, WWF had real ropes opposed to WCW's cables so they liked running the ropes better in the WWF. So it was a trade off.
