My current job I'm paid like $16.75, I have health insurance, dental insurance, emergency life insurance, vacation benefits, and if I wanted, I could get a 401K, but at that point, why the fuck would I when like 30% of my paycheck is going towards insurance. I get overtime pay and holiday pay too when I work holidays, so yeah.

I could leave at any time if I had a decent reason why and no one would bat an eye but I just have deadlines regardless so it's different in my case I guess
