From my understanding, there’s other benefits that are really helpful. Like I’m sure most places that have health insurance from work, is because of Unions. But I could be wrong on that also.I've just never really felt a need to be in one. my buddy that's in one has to pay either monthly or yearly dues and he has never had to contact the union or anything in the 10+ years he's been paying.
mostly done now tho, the main thing they do now is try and get higher wages.
