I did a rewatch of 99 2000 Raws (no SmackDowns or PPVs) once and I will say I never felt I missed a lot not seeing SmackDown even when it was more important

Very rarely they'd do a title change, or a fake one

I completely lost track of the lower card angles for the most part tho

Like where are we right now in reliving the war we’re in late August right? Once we get to Halloween havoc in October for WCW all the top guys and angles cross over to thunder. Goldberg, Bret Hart’s, and vicious, The outsiders, Chris Benoit, DDP, Jarrett all roll over there on thunder.

Early 2000 had that weird week where the world changed hands or got vacated Sunday PPV, Monday nitro and Thursday thunder in the same week

Which is kind of ironic that Vince Russo’s like number one commandment when he took over, was that both Nitro’s and thunder we’re gonna be treated the same was because he supposedly quit the WWF because he didn’t want to write SmackDown and have to treat it as important as a RAW. People are complicated creatures.

I check the title history sometimes just to laugh at how it goes 2 day reign then vacant over and over
