Which is funny because 1999 WCW was 1000% salvageable because for the most part the biggest thing that was keeping WCW still afloat was the pay-per-view and while the television was boring people were still mostly tuning into the pay-per-view but my god there’s got to be a happy medium between boring but stable and chaotic but terrible.
