People hiding under tables in the food court with the shooter 20 feet away . State police has a bunch of units en route. Photo of suspect being sent out to more agencies. Police team of multiple officers going into clear the mall. Males were arguing in the bathroom got lead out shot 3 times. Police setting up command vehicle at JC Penney. Cumberland county sheriffs office is activating sheriff tactical command with sheriff tactical units en route to South Portland with emergency sirens on. Multiple employees in multiple stores locked in the back room refusing to come out until police make contact with them.”
