Also throw in some like marching in place where you're moving your arms up and down over your head, you want every muscle moving

Great for cardio burst and you add the pushups it works almost every muscle imaginable in 5 secs

I probably get in better shape if I had the money. I can’t afford a gym membership, or a weight set :lol and I wouldn’t have anyone to spot me. Tho I’m sure they are probably stuff I can do without any of that lol.
