hell even our senate is technically the same, we are not supposed to have senators associated to any party. they are all independants

Just got back from my polling place. In and out in 5 minutes. My dad tried to warn me to vote no on the back because it allows "men" to play womens sports. I told him I'm not a bigot and I'll vote for whatever I want to vote for. Considering it also looks like it was protecting abortion rights I made sure to vote yes.

fwiw i get pissed here too because education and health services are funded by federal but handled by the provinces and it just ends up with the provinces fucking everthing up and pocketing money and mismanaging shit

hell the entire Trucker Protest bullshit was complaining about restrictions MADE BY THE PROVINCES but they still blamed trudeau. not to mention some of the travel restrictions were mandated by the US
