Civ 6 is like infinitely replayable for me anyway so even if it's not great I can always go back there

i like both 6 and 5

Civ 4 was my first Civ game and it's always my personal favorite, it had Leonard Nimoy narrating and some really good music (it's actually the reason I'm into baroque/classical and gregorian music)

6 barely formats to 2k res which is my main annoyance lol, its either way too zoomed it if u use the 150% zoom , or its super far out so im gladf iwear glaSSES

Yeah IMO as far as pure gameplay goes, Civ IV is the best.

yeah its so frikkin small lol - its a known thing too. i know u can fix it manually by changing some values in a file but like...thats too much work for me dawg lol

It mixed up all the best aspects of Civ 2 & 3 while also adding a functional religion system that imo Civ 5 and 6 still haven't perfected.
