I'd legit love a late-game climate change effect from Civ 2 where if the player and AI isn't careful they'll turn everything either into swampland or desert

i generally am against all forms of pre-order and i dont mind waiting 2 days extra to play a game. however, i would like to have the extra civs without paying extra money so theyve put me in a bit of a shitty pickle here :s
