I mean, I'm not saying he did it, but if he lost the belt after AEW put their faith in him... I doubt he'd want to face up to it.

Yeah that certainly seems possible. I don't think a high profile guy would risk filling a false police report under his own name, but who knows

It's not really "false" if it's missing. Either way, I doubt Jericho no natter what would want to tell TNT and AEW he lost their belt.

According to Alvarez they have a backup belt. They'll probably do a storyline out of it

I was def hoping they'd work this into an angle on screen, it's an easy way for anyone Jericho feuds with to shit on him for letting the belt get stolen for sure

Yep! And it fits Jericho's character who hasn't received his thanks, was clowning them backstage, so he pulled a Naito and threw it in the ocean
