Actors don't pretend to be their characters and the films don't present themselves as being real to make the stories work. I'm sorry but I think we're done here since you can't grasp the fundamental differences between wrestling and film.

Facebook has millions of users and Facebook wrestling groups are huge at the moment. I think you're the one that's behind the times and as for Twitter, it depends on how frequently you use it to discuss wrestling. If you're tweeting during the entire show and then spend all week talking to other wrestling fans on Twitter, than yes, that's the IWC. You can hate it and want to distance yourself from what you are and what you care about by pretending to be above it, but it doesn't work like that.

Most wrestlers continue to use their stage names everywhere and continue to work their programs on socials. It's only recently started to get away from that and only barely.
