The guy that stole Jimmy Jacobs' career. Great.

Benicio Salazar, a masked wrestler billed from Mexico playing a doctor gimmick, has been added to the FCW roster.

Good to see another masked wrestler in FCW. Not quite sure what the doctor gimmick is, is it just that he is a doctor or does he try to include that in his promos and matches?

New Masked Wrestler In WWE
As it was already reported, masked wrestler Benicio Salazar has been added to the WWE/FCW developmental roster. Salazar signed with WWE in late 2011. In Mexico, Salazar is known as El Hijo del Medico Asesino and Terror Negro. He is the son of Medico Asesino (Assassin Doctor).

It is believed Salazar will be using his doctor gimmick in FCW as well.

Sounds like an interesting gimmick, don't really watch FCW but might have to check it out. Cool how WWE are bringing in good Mexico talent but the bad thing is most of them have trouble adapting to the WWE style. (eg; look at Sin Cara in WWE compared to before WWE)

Never heard of him. Will be interesting to see how he fits in to FCW when he debuts.

Seems like Dean Ambrose is being featured less and less. Hopefully this means he is that much closer to being on the main roster. Also he beat Drew McIntyre on the road this week so hopefully that's a good sign.

He had a backstage promo last week when he was visiting the psychologist Maxine said everyone had to visit.

This week he has a promo saying FCW won't let him wrestle and it seems like they're continuing the Regal/Ambrose feud. I don't remember him being used on the latest set on tapings but he could easily be used in a few backstage promo's.

Not too bad, good promo and a good voice to go with it. Can't wait to see him on the WWE roster. He has a pretty good look.

Good start with that promo. Want to find out what his finisher is, it has to be a big power move but I wonder which one he will use.

His finisher will likely be the Roaring Elbow, Troy.

Also, since Leo Kruger regained the FCW Title last weekend, Rollins should be winning the title in 2 episodes time.

Latest set of FCW tapings:

On Thursday night, Florida Championship Wrestling held their latest television tapings for the episodes to air on April 1, April 8, and April 15, 2012. Here are the results.

In a dark match, Colin Cassady and Alexander Rusev defeated Kevin Hackman and Garrett Dylan when Cassady pinned Hackman after a big boot.

April 1, 2012 Episode

Your announcers are Chris Russo and William Regal.

New FCW General Manager Summer Rae, her assistant Rob Naylor, and Norman Smiley are in the ring and she brings out current FCW Florida Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins. Rollins talks about winning the title last week and he brings out a man who he feels should have a rematch, the former FCW Champion Mike Dalton. Dalton appreciates Rollins’ comments and before he can say anything else, two time former FCW Champion Leo Kruger comes out and he demands his rematch. Rollins points out that he had to beat three men to get to Kruger last week. Rollins suggests that the man he feels who should have the title match face the man who feels like he should get a rematch and the winner faces Rollins later tonight.

Summer likes the idea and she makes the matches.

Match Number One: Leo Kruger defeated Mike Dalton when Dalton tried to counter a sleeper with a rollup but Kruger dropped down and grabbed the rope for extra leverage.

Abraham Washington comes out and he introduces his newest clients, Jake Carter and Corey Graves.

Match Number Two: Corey Graves and Jake Carter (with Abraham Washington) defeated Bo Rotundo and Husky Harris after Washington hit Rotundo in the back of the leg with his cane and Graves applied a knee bar submission to become the new FCW Tag Team Champions.

In Summer Rae’s office, Summer talks to Raquel Diaz and then after she leaves, Antonio Cesaro comes in to talk about a match with Richie Steamboat for the Jack Brisco 15 Championship, but it will be a twenty minute match. Cesaro tries to get on Summer’s good side.

Match Number Three: Seth Rollins defeated Leo Kruger to retain the FCW Florida Heavyweight Championship after hitting two Avada Kedavras. Kruger appeared to have injured Rollins’ ankle and the medical official was going to stop the match, but Rollins refused to give up. Kruger worked on Rollins’ ankle through most of the match.

April 8, 2012 Episode

Your announcers are Chris Russo and William Regal.

Match Number One: Kenneth Cameron (with Conor O’Brian) versus Byron Saxton goes to a No Contest. During the match, the lights went out and O’Brian entered the ring with Cameron and they stood over Saxton who laid motionless until Cameron and O’Brian left the ring and the lights went back on.

Match Number Two: Paige and Rick Victor (with Sofia Cortez) defeated Audrey Marie and Aiden English when Victor pinned English after two European uppercuts. During the match, Raquel Diaz came out and attacked Audrey and they fought out of the building.

Seth Rollins comes out and he talks about how he fought through an ankle sprain to defeat Leo Kruger. He then talked about Mike Dalton and how he still deserves a title match. He also mentions that the winner of the match between Richie Steamboat and Antonio Cesaro also could warrant consideration for a title match.

Summer is with James Bronson in her office and she talks about his match next week against Dean Ambrose and how it is a tap out match where you can only win by submission. William Regal then enters the office and Dean Ambrose is following closely behind. Regal sees Ambrose and he makes some comments to Ambrose before leaving.

Kassius Ohno comes out to the interview/promo area and he talks about the FCW 15 Title, but he also talks about how it is good if you can wrestle for fifteen minutes, but he can knock someone out with one shot.

Chris Russo leaves the announce table and goes to the back.

WWE Hall of Fame Announcer Jim Ross comes out and joins William Regal at the announce table for the main event of this week’s show.

Match Number Three: Richie Steamboat retained the FCW Jack Brisco 15 Championship when Steamboat and Antonio Cesaro wrestled to a 1-1 draw in a match with a twenty minute time length. Cesaro got the first fall with a cradle front piledriver with approximately fourteen minutes left. Steamboat tied the match with a rollup out of a head scissors take down with approximately two minutes left. Cesaro appeared to have the match won after hitting Swiss Death with about ten seconds left, but the impact of the move sent Steamboat to the floor and Cesaro could not get Steamboat back into the ring in time.

After the match, while Steamboat celebrated his victory, Cesaro attacked Steamboat with a drop kick.

April 15, 2012 Episode

Your announcers are Chris Russo, William Regal, and Jim Ross.

Match Number One: Xavier Woods, Jason Jordan, and CJ Parker defeated Brad Maddox and FCW Tag Team Champions Corey Graves and Jake Carter (with Abraham Washington) when Woods pins Carter after hitting a sliding Flatline.

Match Number Two: Mike Dalton defeated Sakamoto with an Impaler DDT.

Match Number Three: Raquel Diaz defeated Audrey Marie to retain the FCW Divas Championship with a rollup and a handful of tights.

Match Number Four: Big E Langston defeated Jiro with the Big Ending.

Match Number Five: Kassius Ohno defeated Benicio Salazar with a forearm

Match Number Six: Dean Ambrose defeated James Bronson in a Tap Out Challenge when Ambrose made Bronson tap out to the Regal Stretch. While Ambrose applied the Regal Stretch, Regal got up from the announce table and walked to the back.

After the match, Ambrose goes through the curtains to the back and he cuts a promo about Regal.

Sean Waltman was at the tapings. Also at the tapings was Saraya Knight, Paige’s mother, who is scheduled for the SHIMMER tapings this weekend.

I thought that the two Rotunda brothers would have held the tag team titles for a bit longer, maybe Husky is coming back to the main roster? Interesting that Vader's son, Jake Carter, is now one half of the tag team champions.

Can't wait for the inevitable match between Dean Ambrose and William Regal

The match was alright. The Rolling Elbow shot could've been better IMO, but i'm sure it will in the coming weeks. This is only his first match also. Claudio from what I remember didn't have a good 1st match in FCW either.
