I believe that he is so you either have to trade him or wait for him to heal. Didn't even think about that.

I know that I have 3 can't cut guys in Kobe, Pau, and Marc (had 4 with Monta) so I'd assume Joe can't be cut either

If a guy is injured then you can cut him. I had the option to cut Roy when he was hurt and now I don't
