I just like to use all my adds every week. If you hadn't noticed I do that almost every week and usually save the guy I want to keep for last. It puts all the guys I add/drop on waivers and stops them from being used against me and picked up by others for two days.

No, it doesn't put them on waivers. You have to own them for a day for it to go to waivers. I could pick either of them up right now.
