I'm not talking about women in the military lying (not shocked you were, tbh). I was talking about the statistics about both men and women's number of reports in comparison to the number that even get get to trial. You seem to be awfully keen to push the 'women are lying' agenda and awfully keen to ignore everything else.

There is NO evidence... That's all there is to it.

You shouldn't believe something about somebody just because somebody else says it..... Period. Otherwise what is to stop anybody from pointing the finger at completely innocent people.

"not shocked you were, tbh" because you apparently know me?

LOL! ...She's a woman, and she said it so she must be right.
Its not that, my belief is that every allegation should be taken seriously but a fair and proper trial should also take place where justice can take place and the party telling the truth rightfully get justice.

That is something I can definitely believe, I don't want to say they are true or false because obviously we have literally zero details on it

Thank you, I can completely respect that. Not saying it didn't happen, but you can't go ahead and say it did just because she said so.

There is no evidence that has been released to the public. Half the issue with sexual assault cases is that every detail is thrown out to the public so they just make up their mind who is right and wrong.

Oh and I agree with that.... It's totally possible, therefor it should be taken seriously but until the person is found guilty, I'm not judging anyone

You are judging people though, you basically tried to destroy any credibility and then made absurd statements about her looks as if its even a factor in a sexual assault case.
Apparently she decided to do it now when all of the unemployed wrestlers happen to be ganging up on Vince..... If I could pick any one of the Divas to make a move on at that time, the last one on the list would be Ashley Massaro, she looks like an emo meth-head & she is an escort now so I highly doubt her credibility

Ok.... but as far as WE know... there is no evidence. I haven't been presented with any proof or "evidence" that the accused is guilty. That's all I'm saying. I'm not saying they aren't guilty, I'm saying they are just as equally innocent so far until proven so.

NOPE!! ...Saying her track record should speak to her character if WWE's track record speaks to their character.... Even people with bad character can be assaulted. Trust me, I'm the last person to take WWE's side on anything, but I don't blindly believe everything people say either.

What bad track record are you even talking about? This is literally a quote from you "she looks like an emo meth-head & she is an escort now so I highly doubt her credibility". That's a bad track record? What?

Well saying she looks like an emo meth-head is my personal opinion.... Not a track record lol

I don't know her personally so I have to go with the reports all over every wrestling site that said she was an escort just like the way everybody judges WWE's bad track record.... Online reports & media. Not sure if you read that part of my posts or not.......

It is a shame because it happened outside the US, the court system here likely would not take it seriously without the WWE stepping in with her. If it had happened here, she could have easily been covered under the Rape Shield Law. Things like this are taken seriously here, that is why there are so many laws in place but if you have a woman who has sexual assault happen to her outside the country and a company unwilling to back her, it will just get swept under the rug. If I was her, I would have never gone to the middle east because the WWE does have written statements intact that they are not responsible for their lives over there or what may or may not happen for a reason. They were protecting themselves BUT it really shows how they value their wrestlers, specially the female ones. I know from personal experience, speaking up right after something like this happens is harder than it sounds. I don't blame the US or the court systems here, I blame the WWE for not giving two craps for the protection of their employees. My guess is that she was contracted to go here and if she said no, they would have likely docked her pay or just straight up fired her.

If the assault was conducted by a member of the US Military then I'm sure they could have pressed some charges. However if it was conducted by someone in Kuwait not tied to the US then there really is nothing they could do, again this is just one idea its possible it wasn't conducted by a Military member and that is why they advised not to press anything because of how Kuwait law differs but this is just wild speculation.

If it was in fact done by someone who is in the military, that just makes this even worse because the WWE should have been there for her. But companies like this don't like to shed light on "sensitive issues" like military men and women seeking out prostitution while overseas or rape occurring in higher numbers because laws in these kinds of areas favor men.

I thought from the wording that you were meant to think it was conducted by a Military member but they don't express that so who knows.
