Merry AEW or whatever. Tonight's episode of AEW Dynamite is number 220.
Nitro 220
Nitro episode 220 took place from the Milwaukee Arena in Milwaukee, WI and aired on December 6, 1999.
- Norman Smiley beat Rhonda Singh to retain the WCW Hardcore Title
- Jushin Thunder Liger beat Psicosis to win the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title (Juvi didn't appear; it was announced he was injured but in reality he'd been arrested for DUI. Psicosis defended on his behalf)
- Madusa beat Evan Karagias and Mona in a WCW Cruiserweight Title #1 Contender's match (yep, it's this era of the cruiserweights! Evan was already the champion, so if he'd won, he'd have gotten the PPV off)
- Steve Williams/Oklahoma beat Vampiro/Jerry Only
- Bret Hart beat Lex Luger to retain the WCW World Heavyweight Title (Sting and Elizabeth had an argument on the outside to distract Luger)
- Asya vs. Midnight went to a no contest (the Revolution interfered)
- Roddy Piper beat Creative Control in a Handicap I Quit match (Piper was also the referee for this match. For HIS OWN MATCH. Fuck me shitless)
- Meng beat Dustin Rhodes by DQ (apparently; I couldn't tell who was supposed to have won after the Jeff Jarrett and Outsiders interference)
- Curt Hennig (w/ Shane Sewell) beat Larry Zbyszko by DQ in a Career vs. Career match (Arn Anderson came to lay out the cheating heels, but after Larry won the Powers That Be ordered the decision reversed)
- Chris Benoit vs. Kevin Nash (w/ Scott Hall) went to a no contest (Hall and Sid interfered)
- Jerry Flynn beat the Maestro in a Boiler Room Brawl (there's been no structure to the Boiler Room stuff. Just, someone arbitrarily wins. It's like RAW Underground but worse)
- Sting (w/ Elizabeth) beat Scott Hall (w/ Kevin Nash)
- Sid Vicious vs. Diamond Dallas Page went to a no contest (the Outsiders, Jarrett, Benoit, and Bret all interfered, then all the referees quit. I'm not making that up, that was part of the story, the referees and the security guys all quit because they were sick of so much interference bullshit)
- Goldberg beat Jeff Jarrett in a Lumberjack match with Roddy Piper as special guest referee
This show also had the debut of Daffney (yay) and of the Artist Formerly Known as Prince Iaukea (uggggghhhhhhhhhhh).

- The Truth Commission beat Jesse James/Bob Holly/Flash Funk
- Crush (w/ DoA) vs. Faarooq (w/ the Nation) went to a double DQ
- The Godwinns beat Steve Austin/Dude Love by count-out, failing to win the WWF World Tag Team Titles (Owen Hart interfered)
- Devon Storm beat Ace Darling (in under a minute btw)
- Goldust (w/ Marlena) vs. Rockabilly (w/ Honky Tonk Man) ended in a no contest (Goldust got knocked out by boxer Michael Moorer, then Brian Pillman interfered)
- The Patriot beat Bret Hart (with a handful of tights and Shawn Michaels ruining everything)
SmackDown 220
SmackDown episode 220 took place from the Philips Arena in Atlanta, GA and aired on October 30, 2003.
- Chris Benoit/Kurt Angle beat A-Train/John Cena
- Ultimo Dragon beat Rey Mysterio

- The APA beat Brock Lesnar/Big Show by DQ
There were two tag matches (Rikishi/Scotty vs. Bashams and WGTT vs. FBI) that were cut from this show. No idea. Probably needed more previews of ERNEST "THE CAT" MILLER. Because that's who's coming soon. Why?
