I think I would be able to,if the man is absent of morals and has committed a heinous crime without any remorse I think I would be ok deciding if they should be put to death.

Fair enough. I'm just trying to get a general feel on what people think. I appreciate your input

That's so weird you said that about WI. During one of the interviews that's where all the murderers went.

Dude its shameful how easy WI is on that stuff. It's one of the first things i was lucky enough to learn when i started hitting up all these crime business sites.

WI, home to serial killers, rapists, and crazy fucks who want to try to get away with murdering a prego woman and keeping her baby. We also had the wonderful Temple killing deal last year? I think it was, that was down by milwaukee. Here where i live we dont have a lot of killings ( i think the closest trial now is this dude who is guilty as sin about 45 mins away, hes been on trial almost 2 years and i dont get why honestly) but the chimo shit is real as fuck. Here, i was going to say i should but i will. Check out how many chimos we have (these are the compliant ones, and we are easy on this so you can assume its barely over 50% of the whole crew if it even is)

CrHCIAm.png

And that is 1/3rd of our actual Zip Code area. A town of 60k so assume its 150 offenders with 64 nonmappable in the NICE side of town. I am confused on this, about 3 years ago (when i was delivering) we looked it up and there were almost 400. We had a few people we delivered to, and yeah, we bet on him being a chimo. He was and i won.

But seriously, it's well known around here certain crimes arent the same as elsewhere. Hell, just look at the DUI situation here to see how much pity is given to people who deserve exactly what they are getting (yes im one of them)

I don't get how people say being in prison is worse than capital punishment. They live like kings in the cell, seriously.

I'm going to PM you the show on netflix I watched which tells the story I just told you about. It might not change your mind on capital punishment, but you might rethink the way it is now.

or just reply it here meow.

I'm for whatever is more cost efficient. If it is cheaper to fill em up with chemicals, go for it. I often hear that it is not, due to appeals processes and what not it winds up being more expensive than LwP. But if life in prison is more cost efficient, throw em up forever.

Hell if we just took the scumbags who deserve it out back and put a bullet in their head I would be super pro death penalty. Simple and cheap.

Thats the kind im aiming for. I get the appeals process being necessary, but most people on Death Row chill there for years, and sometimes decades waiting for the day to come for little/no good reason.

The other thing we should do is what our jail here adopted. Get rid of the ball court, and any other big activities in the area. Turn it into a giant garden and make these people provide for themselves. Our regular jail did it here (offsite but well protected) and the extra guard cost/the cost of seeds ended up being paid for EASILY from the fact that almost 40% of the stuff grown ended up being sold (and that includes paying the assholes who are lucky enough to chill at the farmers market as "work") and they made a grip of profit.

We are lucky here in the fact one of the main rich mother fuckers around "rented" his land out to the city and he made a fucking fistful of cash from ti also.

Glad you're back.

ETA: They also learned a lot about work, life, and how gardening can be great for people who just want extra time out. They "earned" extra hours to work on the field for good behavior, and a study was done that showed off how many people did their shit inside just so they can get outside. Hell i spend 2 weeks in twice, and i can tell you when i was allowed to work, my breaks were outside, rain or shine, cold and hot as a mother fucker (it was july) Jail is like mushrooms, everyone should be convinced to try it once just to help them appreciate the little things. You like reading books? Your local jail has 2800 bibles, 2000 alcoholism books, and the rest are paid for by the people with enough money to buy from the publisher and pay the cost to bring it in. Those books are usually a gospel novel, also.

When i first heard about it, i honestly was the only one of my crew of friends who appreciated it (and this was before the DUI that put me in) and after i got out, i loved it 100x more. Seriously we are talking about 10 cents on the dollar MAX for shit sold at the farmers market, and it's a huge win/win. The people inside have to put up with some shit just to get out, and for that we get a ton of our taxdollars back, AND some dank food. When they do it next year, im donating a box of pepper packets (its like 18$ for 1000) and am going to try to get my money back in veggies. Kohlrabi for the mother fucking win.

The morality of it just doesn't sit well with me. I'm debating whether or not it's okay to go an eye for an eye.

I think you really need to put yourself in someone's shoes who is dealing with such a scenario. If someone killed a friend or family member, the evidence was all stacked up, there was no question the person did it, would you feel the same, or would you want them to be executed? It's a bit harder to answer the question when you are just an outsider who doesn't have to deal with a friend or family member being murdered, but, in that situation, most people would change their tune and be all for capital punishment. I know I would be. That piece of shit doesn't deserve to breathe and get 3 meals a day and have anyone's tax dollars being wasted on him. If those people don't care about the lives they take, why should we care about theirs?

I actually did touch on that point earlier in the thread. I said I would probably want to kill that person.

Right, I know i'm contradicting myself. OH well
