I can understand both sides, but in the end, I guess I don’t believe in the willful taking of life in any circumstance, even in the case of serial killers or mass murderers. An eye for an eye is natural, but if you want to be pedantic, rape and cannibalism are natural too. People are animals. Which is why I feel it’s important to cling to the moral high ground, no matter how irrational. Some people deserve to die, yes, but why sink to their level? Why become animals ourselves? I guess that doesn’t make sense so much, but it’s how I feel. I think. Bottom line, Batman never killed the Joker. That’s good enough for me.

I want to agree with you, by all means it'd be easier just to kill off the scum bags. There might be some lessons to learn about preventing further murders though. Also, there is a study done that shows that states imposing the death penalty, have just as many murders as states without. So, it's not like it's scaring away murderers. It's just comes down to what you think is morally right. I'm just someone who wouldn't be able to say yes to killing a man period. Whether or not I think he deserved it, I wouldn't want that power at all. That's too much power

I'm really only going with specific ones that have been proven to be broken. I'm sorry, those people will take your tiny amount of pity and get one more rape or murder out of it, and i just have no faith in correcting people who have been fucked up. Honestly when a Serial Killer is tried i think he should be given either Death, or Life in prison only if they give 100% of the evidence away, so the murdered people can be buried and the battle can be over. So fucks like Bundy and the Moors Murderers and shit. That bitch got like 8 years for raping/murdering kids so the dude would get put in solitary. You know what happened? Hes batshit crazy after 40 years. Look at Manson.

After you try and convict them, offer them two option, and they can choose both, honestly. Show them a video of what 30-40 years in solitary will do to you. They give the answers to all questions left over, and if there is one time you think they are full of shit, a group of their peers decides their fate once again. And stop with lethal injection, and Electrocution, and all that. Bullet, Brain, over. Its like 100$ max, painless, and is tried and tested.

I know/understand 100% peoples views on death penalty when they are against it. Some view it as making someone else a murderer (i dont see it as anything close, but i understand the position when you consider yourself doing it) and others see it as inhumane for the few who get away with it. I say if they are tried and found guilty of murder, and later proven not guilty, the people who tried them (lawyers DA judge etc) will be tried and convicted there also. Whistleblowers are given lower penalties or given freedom for their testimony. That would clear things up.

I keep posting too much but the issue of everything is people like me who take emotion out of it are lacking a certain amount of humanity in the issue, while people who have issues with seeing it, really honestly choose not to include some evidence in their opinion because it shows how impossible it is to get a chimo to stop being a sick fuck who touches kids, and the same way people really cant understand how a sociopath emulates feelings/beliefs/emotions instead of actually having them. If i wanted to point it out easily, i would say make an example of them and show people what happens when you are found guilty, but that would only make the dark part of the internet even darker, the suicide of perps increase (i have 0 problem with it, but im sure the victims families do) and the honest to god ability of these sociopaths to really learn how to live a double life.

There is no easy cure/answer. Some people are broken, and so is life. I know if i was convicted of something i wasnt, i would feel differently, honestly, but people have to realize in those situations we really need to find a way to get emotion out of it. He said she said means nothing, and i want nothing to do with a police state/cameras on corners/no guns/etc but i get why there really is a dispute.

Religion, government, and sports. Shit gets personal quick.

I've provided an awful lot of evidence for both sides. I said the pro's and con's of the situation. Frankly, it's cheaper to keep the inmates alive than it is to go through the deathrow, appeals, supreme court garbage. I see what you're saying, and I don't know if there is a chance for rehabilitation. I can't claim to know what is in the head of a person willing to do awful crimes. All I know is that ME, as a person, would never kill a man whether or not I think he deserved it. It's not up to me to decide when a person can die ( I know I know, it's not up to the person committing murders to take the life of someone either) They will have to live with that, I will not.

Rape and Cannibalism are not natural, wonderful, they are primative human/animal characteristics and are far from where we expect most of the world to be viewed as today. This is why some of the nWo shit makes sense, a civilized people would not see eating flesh (horrible for your stomach, look at those killers in US who did it, sweating guu out, vomiting, horribly painful bowel movements/stomach aches/etc....and rape as natural is a horrible take on confusing us with gross animals like cats (fuck your cats)

Rape isnt natural, as it has been proven in species such as dolphins/mice/others that women tend to be dominant in such parts, as far as choosing mate and instigating the act/etc. Rape is fucked up everywhere, as most of it is more about control/power over someone/something more than pleasure in any way. Rape to get someone pregnant is just control broadened over a lifetime.

The thing is, i'd say "cut the fuckers dick and balls off, and give them estrogen and all that shit," but there have been numerous cases of people STILL going out and STILL raping, because it isnt about getting off from touching/penetration as much as control/owning/dominating what you want. They use objects/violence/weapons to hurt people because they are fucked up and need to die. CASE CLOSED END STORY :pipebomb: i dont see how anyone can argue with it.

I 100% respect that. Personally, as i've said, i have 0 problem pulling the trigger, as long as i believe/there is evidence they are guilty. I dont want circumstantial or anything "close" to guilty to be confused with it, im talking people like Manson, his friends (some of whom are long out of jail and under different names at this point ffs) Bundy, SoS, and god knows how many more. And i also totally agree that it costs less to feed/house/clothe/give tv/books/education to these people than the appeals process. How fucked up is that. 15 years easily most DR people spend, as the state racks up tons of money before they are finally tried. Then, they spend years more waiting to be murdered, and when the actual injection comes, it's expensive as hell also. How fucked up is that.

It's the same with the medical industry and our homeless problem. Do people realize US spends more money than most countries who HAVE govenermental health care? It's because of the beurocratic bullshit our govt promotes that have control over industries most of us feel we want nothing to do with, and its costing billions of dollars a year. The big banks did it leading up to the collapse, there are horrible #s on how many homeless people are without medication because it costs them twice as much to get medicated as it does to rent a place to live per month (and think of that, honestly. How much money can it really cost to make a fucking pill. Honestly) And that's the issue.

Too many big paycheck mother fuckers who prey on societys filth/outcasts/felons/people who made a mistake and have to live with it have their job BECAUSE THEY ARE GOOD AT FUCKING PEOPLE OVER. The issue isnt you and me, or the criminals. It's the process that separates us from one another.

I have to raise this point though. 7 inmates escaped a prison, and while they were free ONE of them killed a police officer. All 7 were executed because the one was violent. One of the men executed was in prison for getting his ass whooped, he grabbed a knife from out of his pocket and the guy ran away. The man caught up to him and stabbed him 19 times. This man I feel was a really pissed off guy, he got embarrassed and his girl stolen from him. Does this guy deserve to die? I say no way in hell. It would be nice if you could do what you want, if you could just decide who are the right guys to kill and who isn't, but that's not how it is as of now. Even then, I still wouldn't want to be the person to kill another.

I beleive in those cases the one associated with setting the prosecution should be tried for that shit. It happens constantly, watch a cops show some time. Girlfriend who wasnt physically abused? Welcome to 30-life. Tattle on your husband? 5 years max, and a new identity.

The whole system is fucked.

I'm going to PM you the show on netflix I watched which tells the story I just told you about. It might not change your mind on capital punishment, but you might rethink the way it is now.

im 100% down to watch stuff. You never get 100% of the story from either side.

I've watched a grip of all this stuff, and honestly my opinion comes from going on websleuths the last 5 years. It's insane how many of the douchebags they have in the news are reoffenders. Especially WI, dude. Serial killers and Chimos come to WI because we are easy on them. Why? No good reason. As someone who had to spend time within 10 feet of two chimos for less than 2 weeks, i cant imagine how they can live with themselves, let alone worry about what others think about them. No matter what i see, Chimos deserve to die. Im not talking the kid who just turned 19 who is dating a girl who was 14 when he was 17 and almost 18. I know a few people whose lives are messed up because they are compared with the dude in EC who slept with the 15 year old girl before he let his 17 year old son sleep with her (that shit is in the news as of 2 days ago now) or the SO who is 41 and spent the last nearly 6 years noncompliant with the program because WI is so easy on those fucks. He slept with some 15 year old who went into the hospital with complications after having a baby in a bathroom at home. This dude admitted to sleeping with her since she was 11 and guess what? She is the one convicted of the baby homicide, he is just convited (for a 4th time in his life, after spending 6 years noncompliant and sleeping with this girl) of sex with a minor and repeated sex with a minor. He will be out before she is.

That's where i lose my sympathy man, i know i'm not as humane as i should be and certainly not fair, but I have 0 belief in the fact we are all created equal. Some of us are born with defects/disfigurements/handicaps and it's up to others to step up and help things work better. You just have to choose your battle I guess.

Im gonna have to call this fair, we can skype chat it out but thats the last half page repsonse i should make, i am not trying to deter anyone or say anyone is wrong, just stating (hopefully coherently) what i believe, and why i have been lead to this point.

That's so weird you said that about WI. During one of the interviews that's where all the murderers went.

I wouldn't be able to do it. That's what i'm conflicted about, because I know that I individually wouldn't say put this man to death. Am I okay with others deciding it? I'm not sure.

I think I would be able to,if the man is absent of morals and has committed a heinous crime without any remorse I think I would be ok deciding if they should be put to death.
