Actually I'm not even sure I agree he backtracked at all, his opening was more like a blanket statement based on previous games and what he seems to be saying is he might talk to Ekko after all because his gripe doesn't currently apply to this game.

I disagree.

When he referenced "similar walls of text", the similar is obviously implying there were walls of text here similar to those he didn't like. Also the fact he said I bodied it was referring to a post I made THIS GAME. So he was clearly indicating there was a misdemeanor in this game.

When ekko questioned him on it that's when he changed his tune and wormed his way into a different pov.

I mentioned here that ekko makes posts/questions that don't go anywhere and don't think he's out of scum range

I don't hate any of the town reads I've seen on Ekko but I also don't agree with them, his posts/questions aren't really going anywhere that I can see and certainly nothing here out of his scum range.

I don't hate that he has taken issue on the town reads of Junk but there is a massive hole in his reasoning for doing so. He didn't actually read or pay attention to the game I had referenced but he used it as part of a post discrediting my read, which is pretty unfortunate. Makes me think he didn't actually believe what he was saying with relation to the read and was just making a generic/safe post

Then you backed up my point saying that he does the same. But that I'd already bodied it. (What this means is open to interpretation)

Oh and also on Ekko - I'm not in the mood to deal with his tropes of powering up and excessive words that amount to nothing. If he wants to game solve and do it within due course, I'm all ears. But it's a chore to read and I think Haza nailed it spot on when he bodied it. Just amounts to nothing. I recall similar walls of text amounting to nothing in Xmas Mafia, but hey, that could just be retribution still on my mind.

I mean even if I grant you this point, the thing Lethal would've backtracked on is... not feeling up to interacting with Ekko a lot. At that point I'd say that trying to use you as his mouthpiece is the bigger crime.

I actually had lethal tonally town his first two posts and still kinda thinks he reads more town. This just didn't sit well with me at all and I wanted your thoughts on it

As for scum reads, I wish I had one hard scum read, let alone two. I keep contemplating whether some of the stuff Ekko says is really just a fundamental disagreement in how we play mafia, or if there's more of an agenda there. I also can't shake the feeling that Jeff isn't quite kosher, could be that he's just drawn indy for the umpteenth time. I haven't read a single T-Pein post as usual so I don't mind flipping him ever. Other than that I ain't got much more than a generic "it's always Doddsy".

I think this is part of why this game feels so frustrating so far, is that most if not all the guys who are somewhat active seem varying shades of towny.

Idk man, I really can't bring myself to see it as as big of an issue as you do. Also I'd just really love to think that my meta/tone read on him is still as trusty as it used to be.

I think it's about time for the man himself to weigh in on this some more.
