Ryback is over, Ambrose isn't, that's why the pecking order is how it is.
Plus I'd rather watch a short power-based match than an Ambrose technical turdfest.
To be honest we don't know if Ambrose is over because he hasn't even debuted yet. It is too early to tell if he will get over or not since we haven't even seen what gimmick he will use on the main roster if/when he debuts. I agree that he has been hyped a lot but people are going to talk about someone that has worked dark shows for an entire year as normally that means they are close to debuting. It may also mean that he hasn't proven himself to be good enough in WWE's eyes to make that final step. I am looking forward to seeing him on the main roster, if he is given the chance, because I enjoy seeing pretty much all new characters. WWE need a constant influx of new talent to keep things interesting and it has been sometime since we have seen a debut plus the midcards on both shows are struggling so now seems the perfect time to debut Ambrose and one or two others.
