I will say about the Avengers there isn’t a moment that has the theatre go nuts more than Cap wielding the Mjölnir
The first time I saw it in theaters, damn near everyone gave that moment a standing ovation

Infinity War and Endgame are the only two I saw in theaters opening night and I'll never forget the reactions to both lol like personally I was expecting the snap in Infinity War to happen since I knew that story and they were making two movies back to back so I'm like well logically the heel is going over match one, but oh my God the reaction some of those people had in that packed theater, adults were crying. I'm sure when they thought about it or someone told them the next movie is literally next year they'd realize those weren't permanent stakes but it honestly made the moment so much better for me

The one that really changed the tone of the theater was Black Panther bc before that it was the B characters that had faded so everyone assumes it was gonna be Okoye by how they shot it but then T'Challa goes and everyone just gasps.

Spidey was just then the final heartbreak lmao

Yeah the amount of heavy hitters it ended up being was insanity

Yeah nobody thought Black Panther would get dusted. Especially considering his movie had just come out

Most of us knew they’d all come back it was the Widow’s death in the next flick that was the gut punch

You knew the last movie of the phase had to start with the OG Avengers being intact so I had a feeling none of them would die til part 2
