Yeah Ultron is weak for me because they did Ultron dirty. He was a gag machine instead of a threatening monster. Also the Hulk Black Widow random romance was random. It was still an entertaining movie though.

Except Ultron was both funny and an absolute monster threat.
I liked the Natasha/Bruce romance and wish there was more to it tbh

i mean it was certainly better than all that awkward Hawkeye and his family boringness. i think it was mostly widow that was a bit flat but ya i didnt mind it as much as others

I actually loved Ultron and also that movie introduced Vision who I thought was an absolute powerhouse of a performer . also scarlet witch is bae

He never felt like a threat to me lmao. It was weird as fuck how he would just randomly start singing I’ve got no strings from Pinocchio.

Eh I liked that too
Gave Clint a lot more depth since he spent most of Avengers 1 being a mindless drone for Loki.
Also Olsen ruled as SW
Made her heel turn in Multiverse sadden me
Also I’d like to of not lost Quicksilver but I get a sacrifice had to be made

Sabs you and I never really agree with this stuff anyway

The polar opposite feelings we have for Wakanda Forever are proof of that

Guardians 1 is my favorite MCU movie, easily. I love that whole trilogy but the first movie is perfect and that soundtrack is great.

I love all of the Deadpool movies, I’d rank this recent one and the first movie above the second one but that’s not a bad thing I think the second is great still.

Dark Knight trilogy I get the argument of it being overrated but it’s still my favorite comic book movie trilogy of all time. I suppose it helps that Batman is my favorite superhero of all time.

I love all the Tobey Spidey movies too, even three even though it’s the weakest one. Garfield’s Spidey movies are good and I like Holland’s movies a lot too but Tobey will always be my Spidey.

my favorite is still avengers 1 personally. i saw it like 3 times in theatres and I have no felt that level of excitement and hype while watching a movie in theaters since. it was just special at the time for me and I think it's a generational flick of that genre
I will agree that the first Avengers was special, I was highly anticipitating it and it felt amazing to see all the characters together in the same scenes.
But today if I had to pick one to rewatch, I'd be more entertained with Age of Ultron as I find it more varied and better-paced. The first movie has a great climax I actually enjoy more than Endgame's but the rest of the action is a bit meh.

Agree with all of this, the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie is my favourite Marvel movie (not just in the MCU). And Spider-Man 3 definitely gets too much hate, if you take away the embarassing emo Parker stuff I think it's a very good movie. Raimi's action scenes need to be studied, they're better than 90% of what the MCU produces.

I find so much entertainment out of emo Peter. Idc if it was dumb. It’s still fucking hilarious.

“I’m gonna put some dirt in your eye”
“You want forgiveness, get religion”
“You’ll get your rent when you fix this damn door”
“Now dig on this”

Amazing stuff…

I will say about the Avengers there isn’t a moment that has the theatre go nuts more than Cap wielding the Mjölnir
