Ok so obviously Otunga has unlimited potential. Right now he's comfortable in his gimmick. Where do you see him going in the future.

I don't know if I'd say he has "unlimited potential" because that would imply that I felt he could one day be a top guy. Right now I don't see that, but he does have a good gimmick going on, and he is embracing it properly. As far as in-ring goes, there's a ton of guys in FCW and even on the main WWE roster that are way better, but hey, that's not always the biggest concern for WWE.

I think David is pretty good I'm the ring. He looks so natural because hes so skinny and strong. It's like he doesnt even think about it. He just moves smoothly. And he's going to get better.

it's no secret I love Otunga...his tweets are funny and he has a lot of charisma and a good look...he is green as hell in the ring but in time he could get better and let's face it guys that are as built as he is aren't usually the technical marvels...I see him def being around for a long time and doing quite well

I really think he has improved since he was on NXT. Not to full potential but I definitely feel during awards time next year he will win the WO or PWI award for Most Improved.

Otunga isn't completely useless, I wouldn't say. I also would NEVER... EVER.... EVER say he has unlimited potential. Barrett's the guy from Season 1 with unlimited potential. That's why he won and that's why he's the top of that class. Hell, Skip Sheffield has more potential than Otunga, granted he heals his injuries at some point and isn't just a walking liability (Luckily he's been working a ton of dark matches since December), and for that matter, I'd say that even Michael Tarver had more potential than Otunga. Still though, I don't find Otunga to be as awful as a lot of people. He has the size, the strength, the look, and the connection which are all important for a WWE Superstar. His wrestling his isn't exactly locked down. He could use a lot of work, just trying to improve on how he connects his moves and how he structures his matches, but given that a slot of his matches go under five minutes, it's not really essential that he work on those things. I hope they give him more matches like his one against Big Zeke last night, so that he can slowly become better and better, and I believe that at some point within the next rolling year, he can be a U.S. Champion, if nothing else.

Yeah David came in 2nd place on NXT. he has the it factor. He really does. Ever since he broke up with Michael mcgillicutty he's improved. He needs to find the right path. Should he challenge for a title. Should he enter a no title feud. He's kind of stuck. He needs to break out of his current gimmick before he finds a path. But now is not the time to break out. He's obviously still green but improving. This gimmick is giving him a lot of time to polish up on his skills. I see him remaining in this gimmick for another seven months before moving on to feud for the US title as a fan favorite. At this point we will see him truly show us what he's made of and hopefully he will be US champion by 2013

The "it" factor? Are you kidding me? David Otunga has the look of course, but the fans don't seem to connect with him at all. The most important thing for a wrestler is to connect with the fans. When you tell me "it" factor I think Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, those two guys know how to connect with the people... not David Otunga. I don't see him holding a title belt anywhere soon, but that's just my opinion.

Yeah, I'd never use the term "unlimited potential" or even "a lot of potential", but he's come around a lot in recent months. I still have little interest in seeing him in the ring, but his gimmick right now with Laurinaitis is great.

I just really enjoy Otunga in his current role as Johnny's lacky. He's amazing right now!
