Suggestion for CWF

Now, Genesis got a decent TT'ing but not enough.

I want to propose something.

Lewb's the only one who plays a stable/tag as far as I believe, what we can do is ask who he wants for main guy and tag teams because he plays a stable if he chooses to. It's hard booking a stable when everyone has solo wrestlers, this is my next lead.

Why not bring in second character privs, I know it's far too early but if we can get 2nd char privs then TT'ing would be flowing heavily which would probably pick things up but it's your decision and just a suggestion.

Tbh, I don't like the one-person stable idea. At least not right now anyways. As far as second privilege, we could do it where if you already have a solo character, you're 2nd has to be a tag team and vise versa. It would build up the tag division and get people excited to be able to broaden their horizons.

Also, PPVs really need to be a Sunday. I know it's rough seeing as how our show is a Monday night show, but perhaps after ever PPV we could wait a week or make it a special edition Wednesday or Thursday show.

And furthermore.......I got The Rock FTW!!!!

This is why I don't like feds. I have wasted the past thirty minutes of my life in chats with people bitching about the result of a match at Genesis. They have been telling my why they are right and then the person with a differing opinion is telling me why they are right. I am sick of it and it shouldn't be happening. If people keep bitching then I am tempted to just block them from CWF or maybe just don't allow them to have characters.

Killz when you pitched this idea to me you said that you would be able to run it yourself. Then there were some issues and others offered to help write matches and I am fine with that but only if you have the final decision.

Punk and EoR offered to help write from really early on, I think it was the second show so I don't know why these two weren't used.

Andrew and Hoov were brought in and now I am getting heaps of messages from people grumbling about CWF. CWF wasn't meant to be like the PWM feds, there wasn't meant to be bitching, match-fixing, favouritism or whatever is going on.

I am making the decision right now that Killz is the only one that can access this, along with the admins.

Then people can write matches but they don't need access here and you make the final decision and if you disagree with who they picked to win then you tell them to change it.

If you want someone as assistant then pitch it to me first and I will determine if I think that person can add to the staff room and won't cause bullshit.

Bring CWF back to basics when it was enjoyable and arguements didn't start. You have complete control and you can get others to write for you but they don't need access to the staff room.

Ok let me lay out the facts here.

Hoov and Andrew were brought on board as two guys who were ALL IN to CWF. I didn't even give them the staff password, if they got it from Dod or yourself that wasn't my decision because I didn't 100% ok it. I was going to come to you in the first place. They got staff powers, so be it.

The fact remains you're right, this was NOT meant to be like PWM. I wanted respect and fun to go both ways, I have to work a few shit shifts, guys forgive a late show but likewise they KNOW they're going to get booked and they KNOW they're going to get 110% of my time set aside for fedding like this to make sure they're happy and having a good time.

Can you please, PLEASE, inform me of the kind of 'grumblings' and conversations you've had from people and what they've been complaining about because I need to nip this in the bud, get the PPV up and kick on from there.

Put simply, I'm already fed up of constant changes and proposals from assistants and I too agree with what you say about staff access for them.

Also, PuNk and EoR were not used as both stressed they were available as emergency writers and EoR also took a job writing for the UWA fed Dom and Justin started.

Andrew contacted me about getting the staff pw and said that you told him to get it from me. Nice I was tricked by Andrew.

The problem was somehow people like Prod and EoR were able to read the staff section. They then read the result for the match between Andrew and Dod. They were saying that Andrew is fixing the results since he has a history of doing that in the past. Then Andrew was saying that they are just jealous and have had it in for him for ages. So basically the issue was they didn't think Andrew deserved it/were jealous that he won and then Andrew flipped and bombarded me on msn about the issue. Although EoR did admit that he thought Andrew won so it is mainly Prodigy that is complaining. Then he couldn't understand my logic that when it was just Killz running CWF there were no issues, now there are issues. I haven't read that TT thread for that match nor will I since I am not involved in feds and it is beside the point.

Basically I made this thread after I had to put up with their bitching on msn which wasted my time.

I have no issues with them writing and helping out but just make sure that you oversee everything to ensure that if someone complains about the result you can say that you okayed it.

Absolutely, I wish people would come to me instead of complaining on MSN or whatever. I don't log in oft these days for that exact reason but perhaps I should to dissipate some issues. I figured people would complain via PM haha.

Troy I'm sorry you had to deal with that, it's really none of your concern what happens with matches and you only took flak because this is your forum and I really do apologise. I will speak to Andrew, ensure he understands that he does have a bad rep and needs to toe the line but that this is his second chance to prove to people he can write and book logically (I'll just have everything go through me first)

And I swear Hoov wrote the World match anyway...no matter, just typical e-fed bullsh*t Troy.

PPV will be posted when I get in from work and this will be done and dusted. Onwards and upwards.

Yeah Hoov wrote it but Prod still complained since Hoov and Andrew are friends. Hoov contacted me by pm and he was much better to talk to and I let him know that he hasn't done anything wrong and that the issue is with the attitudes of a couple of others.

Excellent this can just be pushed to the side and everyone can move on.

Plan to get CWF back on track

Hey Killz I know that you have been through a tough time recently but this thread is just here to try to organise a game plan for boosting CWF back to the top again. There is no rush for you to get CWF back on track and just reply here when you fell you want to.


My ideas are first organise writers and also a number two to you who can take charge if you aren't here and someone that you can bounce long term bookings ideas off. If you want to let them all into the staff room then that is fine with me but this time I will make sure they get the password from you rather than from me like last time.

I recall that quite a few wanted to help out, Hoov and Andrew were very interested in CWF and helped out a lot. EoR, Prodigy and Punk also offered to help write a bit. Obviously there were issues between Andrew and Prodigy but hopefully both will settle their differences and act like adults rather than trying to take each other down. This fed is relaxed and any of that e-fed drama isn't meant to happen here and if it does I am more than happy to block people from CWF.

Once you have organised your writing/booking team then get CWF right back on track by getting shows out right on time. Impress the members by making every show on time so that CWF gets a great reputation. Obviously there are exceptional circumstances now but with a good group of writers CWF can get back on track.

I am 100% behind CWF and Dod and I are here to help you in any way we can.

Hey man.

Suppose it's time to face up to these sort of responsibilities again haha. I'm getting through this whole ordeal ok atm so it'd be good to lay some groundwork so that when I am 100% and ready to bring this all back the infrastructure will be set up.

I'll contact Hoov, Andrew and EoR in terms of official positions.

For now, Prod and PuNk will be left as names that are to be contacted if there are issues with the above.

Those first 2 shows were on time and really well organised, in my opinion, so if I can get back to that then good news.

Once the writers are in I'll start posting threads confirming characters and what not and see where the members themselves stand.

I am happy with those guys being part of the show. We had an issue before with access here so I will try to sort it out in the admincp but there are some issues trying to ensure that people have to enter passwords to view it.

Yeah the initial shows were on time and that is what needs to happen when CWF gets back on track.

One you have the writers locked in then start by posting Genesis and announce when the next shows are and go from there.

I am brainstorming storylines as we speak. Things are going to get simpler booking wise.

Matches will START with the truncated versions I intended to use when I started the fed.

PM's have been sent to the three guys I mentioned. Waiting on replies.

Plan of action:

1) Post Genesis
2) Check characters and members
3) Preview and new beginning on a new schedule.

*Midcard title discussion (I'm talking 3rd title introduction down the line? Also champions and challengers, storylines and match stips, newbies in line for a push etc)

*Major 'grudge' style feuds for top posters who aren't involved in the title scene (i.e. if anyone has a spark of imagination and wants to take the reigns on a particular stoyline, post in here)
